A guest post is an article written by a partner company or author and published on the Zipchat blog as part of a reciprocal partnership arrangement. Partners contribute their expertise in ecommerce, Shopify, logistics, or adjacent fields; Zipchat publishes the content alongside its own editorial work.
Email partnerships@zipchat.ai with a brief summary of the article you'd like to contribute, your company name, and a link to your website. The Zipchat team will review your proposal and respond within 5 business days.
Zipchat accepts guest posts on ecommerce operations, Shopify apps and tools, customer service, logistics and fulfillment, conversion rate optimization, and adjacent topics relevant to online merchants. Posts must be original, data-backed where possible, and written for a practitioner audience.
Yes. Every guest post is reviewed by the Zipchat editorial team for accuracy, voice, and relevance. Factual claims and external statistics are checked against the original source. Minor edits may be made for clarity and style. The partner author retains credit for the original content.
Yes. Each guest post includes a dofollow link back to the partner's website in the author bio section at the bottom of the article. The link uses the partner's preferred anchor text and is attributed to the contributing author and organization.
Yes. If your product, pricing, or the underlying facts change, email partnerships@zipchat.ai with the specific update request and we'll review and apply corrections. We add a 'Last Updated' date when significant changes are made.
Guest posts must be original work not published elsewhere. They should be at least 1,000 words, cite sources for statistics, avoid excessive self-promotion, and provide genuine value to ecommerce practitioners. Zipchat reserves the right to decline or remove posts that no longer meet these standards.
No. Guest posts on the Zipchat blog are published as part of reciprocal partnership arrangements — no payment changes hands in either direction. If you are interested in paid placements or sponsored content, that is handled separately by the partnerships team.
