In the referral track, you introduce clients to Zipchat and earn 50% of their subscription revenue per client. In the managed accounts track, you buy a master account, add client sub-accounts, set your own pricing, and run Zipchat as a billable managed service. Commission from referrals does not apply to managed account billing: the two tracks are separate revenue models.
