A customer offers a review in chat. Zipchat collects it and submits it to Judge.me for them.

I'd like to leave a review for the 30L pack
The Trailblazer 30L, right? How many stars out of five, and what would you like to say?
5 — it survived two weeks in Patagonia without a scratch
Sent. It will show on the product page shortly.
5 stars submitted to Judge.me
It does one thing. When a customer asks to review a product, Zipchat searches your catalog to identify the exact product, collects their name, email, star rating, and review text in the conversation, and submits the review to Judge.me through their public API. The review lands on the product page like any other. It runs on Agentic Skills, the same layer that lets the agent look up an order or start a return on your Shopify store.
From conversation to published review
A customer offers to review a product
Zipchat matches the product and collects the details
The review is submitted to Judge.me
The AI searches your catalog with the words the customer used and locks onto the correct product before anything is sent.
Name, email, a rating from 1 to 5, the review text, and an optional headline. Anything missing, the AI asks for it in the conversation.
The review posts to Judge.me through their public API. The customer is told it went through only once Judge.me accepts it.
Two values from your Judge.me account and the skill is live.
Open Agentic Skills in your Zipchat dashboard and add the Judge.me review skill to your agent.
Your Shopify store domain and your Judge.me public API token, stored as encrypted variables and used only when a review is submitted.
The next customer who offers a review leaves it in the conversation, and it appears on your product page shortly after.
Reviews are public and permanent, so the skill is deliberately narrow.
The skill only fires when a customer explicitly says they want to leave a review. It never solicits ratings or turns a support conversation into a review request.
The rating and the wording are submitted as the customer gave them. No invented text, no polished rewrite, no 4 stars quietly becoming 5.
No submission happens without a confirmed product match and a real email address. If the customer is vague about which product they mean, the AI asks.
The customer hears that the review is in only after Judge.me accepts it. The AI also never describes the review as verified, because reviews sent through the public API are not.
One thing: it submits a customer's product review to Judge.me. When a customer says they want to leave a review, Zipchat identifies the product they mean, collects the rating and the review text in the conversation, and posts it to Judge.me through the Judge.me public API. The review shows up on your product page like any other review.
Only when a customer explicitly asks to leave one. The skill is not a review-request campaign and it does not chase customers for feedback. It exists so that a customer who already wants to review a product can do it in the conversation instead of hunting for a form.
The product, the customer's name, their email address, a star rating from 1 to 5, and the review text in their own words. A title is optional. If anything is missing, the AI asks for it in the conversation and waits. Nothing is submitted until the product is matched and the email is real.
No. The rating and the wording stay exactly as the customer gave them. The AI does not invent a review, embellish the text, or nudge a 4-star rating up to 5. It passes on what the customer actually said.
No. Reviews come in through the Judge.me public API, so they appear as ordinary unverified reviews. The AI does not tell customers their review is verified.
Two values from your Judge.me account: your Shopify store domain and your Judge.me public API token. You store both as encrypted variables in Zipchat, and the skill uses them for every submission. No developer work and no code.
It confirms to the customer only after Judge.me accepts the submission and returns a success response. If the call fails, the AI does not claim the review was posted.
