Luca Borreani

Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer at Zipchat AI, where he leads the company's positioning in conversational agentic commerce and oversees all marketing strategy. With over a decade of experience in eCommerce and performance marketing, Luca specializes in helping online retailers leverage AI-powered conversational solutions to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Before founding Zipchat, Luca co-founded and served as Chief Growth Officer at uDroppy, a venture-backed eCommerce SaaS platform that raised funding from Sequoia Capital and revolutionized dropshipping operations for tens of thousands of merchants globally. Under his marketing leadership, uDroppy generated eight figures in revenue and was featured in Entrepreneur Magazine Middle East and NASDAQ.

Luca's expertise in direct response marketing and growth hacking was forged early in his career when he generated over seven figures in revenue through performance marketing campaigns while still in university, profits he later used to fund his master studies and start other ventures. His hands-on experience scaling eCommerce brands through Meta advertising, conversion rate optimization, and growth experimentation gives him unique insight into the challenges facing online merchants today.

As a serial entrepreneur, Luca is also angel investor and advisor in multiple SaaS and DTC startups. He's a recognized speaker in the eCommerce and digital marketing space.

Luca holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bocconi University in Milan, a Master of Science in Marketing from ESADE in Barcelona, and a Double Master's Degree in International Business from Smith Business School in Kingston, Canada. A truly international entrepreneur, he has lived and worked in Milan, Barcelona, New York, Canada, and currently resides in Dubai.
